Mica Mountain Cross Country will begin summer workouts starting June 1st. Interested athletes can communicate with Coach Farr ( to get connected to the FinalSurge and Remind apps that include running workouts and text reminders. Cross Country athletes will have the additional benefit of weight training with Coach Scott on Monday and Thursday mornings from 8-9am at MMHS. Interested athletes can sign up for Remind text messages by texting 81010 with the message @mmhsxc in the message.  We hope you choose to join a growing program built on effort, team-mindedness, and dedication to improvement!

Girls Basketball – Alex Jackson – 
Summer 2021 Schedule
Ready to play some basketball! If you are interested in playing basketball for the Lady Bolts out summer program starts Saturday, May 29th.  We will have our first workout and meet and greet on Saturday, May 29th from 9 to 11 am on the outside courts at Mica Mountain.  We will have practices on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights from 6:15 to 8:15 pm beginning June 1st.  Also beginning June 7th Coach Scott will be conducting team weight training beginning at 10 am, Monday through Thursday at the Mica Mountain weight room.  Lastly, we will be participating in a summer league in town beginning June 2nd.  If you are interested please reach out and let us know.  We look forward to beginning the next steps in the Lady Bolts Basketball program.
